Joseph managed the sale of my condo on Baker Hill Boulevard in Stouffville and the pictures posted showed the condo beautifully. Joseph recommended the sale price for my condo reflective of the market and the condo was put for sale in October and sold very quickly.
Joseph handled the sale in an amicable manner that enabled both seller and buyer to feel good about the sale and even connect directly after the sale to discuss logistics of any remaining mail and buyer’s questions related to the condo.
